Graitec, an international developer of IP software for BIM modeling, Fabrication and Design for AEC, and Autodesk® Platinum Partner across Europe, Canada and in the USA for AEC has made a major acquisition in the Iberian region. This transaction allows the Group to consolidate its strong presence in the Iberian VAR market and strengthens its position as an AEC European leader.
Operating in nearly 50 offices in 13 countries, and backed by Seven2 since early 2020, Graitec continues its relentless targeted acquisitions strategy by strengthening its geographic footprint in Europe. The acquisition of Cad&Lan assets dedicated to Autodesk and Rib Software integration, is the 22nd transaction advised by DDA & Company for Graitec.
Founded in 1990, Cad&Lan has been a long-standing partner of Autodesk and RIB. With more than 100 employees in Spain, Mexico, Chile, Peru, the United States and Colombia, Cad&Lan helps its clients from different sectors in their digital transformation and technological upgrade processes.
GRAITEC, with a presence in Spain since 2019 with the acquisition of 2aCAD,and Arktec in 2021, an Autodesk partner since 1984, has extensive experience in the architecture, engineering, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
