DDA & Company advises Articque shareholders, on its sale to Chapsvision Group.

Backed by Turenne Groupe since 2018, Articque is a French software vendor expert in geodecisional solutions, helping organizations to optimize their decisions through an in-depth understanding of geographic data. Its solutions are widely adopted in the fields of geomarketing, commercial sectorization and data visualization for public observatories. They are used by over 1,500 users within 450 key accounts customers, medium-sized companies and public bodies.

This merger brings together two companies with a shared vision of technological excellence and French expertise in data processing.

Through this acquisition, ChapsVision aims to create numerous synergies around its solutions in the fields of CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Management, Field Force Management, Merchandising and GIS.
