Steliau Technology, leading Pan European Electronic Solution Provider, significantly expands its territory once again with the acquisition of the company Alpha Micro Components based in the Hampshire.
The acquisition of Alpha Micro Components represents a strategic step for Steliau Group, as it marks the first stage in its move into the United-Kingdom.
In line with previous Steliau Group acquisitions, Alpha Micro opens up major cross-selling opportunities. All of the group’s services and skills will enable Alpha Micro to serve its customers with even greater value.
Alpha Micro also brings to the Steliau group expertise in connectivity and geolocation that will benefit all of the group’s customers.
Alpha Micro is set to remain independent in the group, nevertheless the Group intends to boost synergies within all its subsidies.
