DDA & Company is pleased to announce its role initiating and advising Dynamic Towing Equipment & Manufacturing, a leading innovator in the repossession and towing industry, in its sale to Commercial Specialty Truck Holdings (CSTH).
Dynamic Towing Equipment & Manufacturing, based in Norfolk, Virginia, is a leader and innovator in the repossession and towing industry. The Company created the self-loading wheel-lift that has become the most sought-after technology in the US towing industry. Dynamic expanded its product line to include the Dynamic Radius, a 240º rotating car carrier that allows for quicker and safer recovery where limited space is available to maneuver.

CSTH plans to continue operations in Norfolk, VA, and expand rapidly by utilizing the growing footprint of One Source Parts, (OSP). With locations in Florida, Kentucky, North Carolina and Texas, OSP provides additional installation capability and product support for the towing and recovery markets.
