DDA & Company advises Hexalean’s shareholders on its capital reorganization, alongside Origine Partners, Bpifrance, Garibaldi Participations, and BNP Paribas Développement (which has been part of the Group’s capital since 2021).

Hexalean is the result of an industrial consolidation effort, bringing together 8 entities with complementary expertise in manufacturing, assembly, and processing of metals.

Origine Partners aims to support Hexalean’s development by expanding into new geographies and targeting new customer segments. The partnership will also accelerate the Group’s CSR strategy, focusing on eco-design solutions and sourcing decarbonized materials.

This transaction is part of a managerial transition, enabling a pool of financial investors, led by Origine Partners, to take a majority stake alongside Damien Vuillod, the current CEO of the Group, and the key managers.

Fabrice Lacour, President of Hexalean, states: The values of Origine Partners and the project they proposed align perfectly with my vision for Hexalean in the future. I am particularly proud of what we have built over the years, and the transition with Damien Vuillod has been in preparation for a long time. I am confident that this collaboration will guide the company toward new successes.”

Damien Vuillod, CEO of Hexalean, adds: “This project is part of a long-term strategy we’ve been developing for several years, focused on building a human-centered, committed, and high-performing industrial Group. With the support of a pluralistic governance structure and financial partners who share our human and environmental values, we view the decarbonization of industry not only as a strategic lever but as a key objective for our development, underpinned by a commitment to continuous improvement.”

Alexandre Odin, Partner at DDA & Company, concludes: “Congratulations to Fabrice Lacour for this well-managed leadership transition with Damien Vuillod, which ensures a particularly smooth handover. It is rare enough to be acknowledged. After an impressive track record since the 2021 transaction, we are confident that Damien and his team, with the active support of Origine Partners and its peers, will successfully write this new chapter in the Group’s development.”

By leading this transaction, the DDA & Company team, including Alexandre Odin, Benjamin Guedj, and Alice Cordier, has renewed its support to Hexalean, after advising the company on its 2021 minority OBO.
