DDA & Company advises the shareholders of Navigacom, a pure player in IT consulting and Project Management Assistance, on it sale to Meritis, a consulting firm specializing in information systems and organizational transformation.
Founded in 1998 by Catherine Lucas and based in the Paris region, Navigacom is a consulting firm focused on high-end technical consulting in IT strategy and digital transformation. Its expertise spans critical areas of IT infrastructures for major clients, supporting the definition and implementation of their IT strategy or large-scale digital transformation projects across various domains of expertise (Network, Cybersecurity, Digital Workspace & Smart Building, Cloud & Infrastructure).
Operating across the entire lifecycle of IT transformation projects, Navigacom serves large corporate clients, primarily from the CAC 40 and SBF 120, in sectors such as Luxury, Transport, Retail, Financial Institutions and Energy etc.
Through this acquisition, Meritis, backed since 2022 by Société Générale Capital Partenaires and iXO Private Equity, is implementing its external growth strategy to achieve critical mass with its key clients and support digital transformation projects across the entire IT value chain, both in France and internationally
