Following a competitive auction process led by DDA & Company, Hoppen acquired Télécom Services following a fund raising of €32m. The operation is supported by a pool of investors lead by Extens and Geneo Capital Entrepreneur.
Télécom Services is the largest provider of communication and entertainment solutions within public hospitals, dedicated to improving patient comfort and life quality of caregivers. With 25 years of experience in hospital environement, Télécom Services offers a comprehensive range of services, from preliminary technical due diligence to content delivery.
DDA acted as exclusive financial advisor to Oxylis and its subsidiary Télécom Services.
