Paris, September 17th 2024,

The shareholders of Tropicalement Vôtre are pleased to announce the sale of 100% of the company’s shares to Nautil Group, marking a major strategic step in its expansion.

Founded in 1996, Tropicalement Vôtre is a B2C tour operator specializing in the creation of combined and tailor-made trips to tropical islands (Indian Ocean, Caribbean, Middle East, Africa, Pacific, etc.). The company stands out for its dual expertise as a tour operator and travel agency.

Drawing on over 25 years’ experience, Tropicalement Vôtre has developed genuine expertise as a travel artisan, specializing in the co-creation of complex and tailor-made trips with its clients across more than 20 destinations in its catalog.

With this acquisition, Nautil becomes the owner of a third brand, a pioneer in the design of original, custom-made trips without intermediaries. This operation enables Nautil to consolidate its position as an independent leader in the premium and tailor-made online travel market, strengthening its presence in its main destinations, especially the Indian Ocean, while developing new destinations.

The Group, which now employs 80 people across four locations — Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, and Paris — generates sales of 75 million euros.

Gwenn Kervizic, Bertrand Noël’s partner and Tropicalement Vôtre teams’ manager will continue in her role while joining the executive committee of Nautil Group.

The year 2025 will be dedicated to integrating the best technologies and expertise from both companies to build a solid future together. This partnership aims to achieve a turnover of 100 million euros by 2026.

Pierre Cosentino, Chairman of Nautil Group, is delighted with this acquisition: “This is a new and exciting step for all of us. Tropicalement Vôtre is a remarkable brand, admirably managed, with high-quality employees. Despite the difficult period of COVID, the company has managed to bounce back and achieve its two best years ever in 2022 and 2023, reaching nearly 20 million euros in sales. I would like to congratulate Bertrand Noël, the company’s founder, on the progress he has made and the legacy he has bequeathed to us, which I shall do my utmost to preserve.”

Alain Sitbon, partner at DDA & Company, concludes: “We are delighted with the positive outcome of the Tropicalement Vôtre operation. This transaction will enable Nautil to benefit from Tropicalement Vôtre’s expertise in the design of tailor-made trips to islands, particularly in the Indian Ocean, its traditional market.”

DDA & Company, composed of Alain Sitbon, Benjamin Guedj and Léopold Weerts, advised Tropicalement Vôtre on this sale.
